Channels

Overview

The Channels page allows users to efficiently manage multiple communication channels within Ortto. This includes setting up and customizing email settings, configuring SMS settings for optimized messaging, managing push notification configurations for targeted outreach, customizing in-app notifications for iOS and Android platforms, and setting up capture widgets to enhance customer engagement.

Accessing channels

To access the channels page, go to Settings > Channels 

Managing channels

The channels page allows users to:


Email

Manage Email settings, template content and preference center.


SMS

Manage SMS configurations and make customizations.


Push notifications

Manage the configurations of Push notifications.


In-app notifications

Manage the configurations of in-app notifications for iOS and Android.


Capture widgets

Manage the configurations of capture widgets.
