Overview
The Customer data page within Ortto's platform provides users with comprehensive tools to manage duplicate records, engagement scores, unique identifiers and custom fields.
Accessing customer data
To access the customer data page, go to Settings > Customer data

The customer data page allows users to:
Engagement score
The Engagement score is a crucial metric that measures the level of involvement for contacts within the CDP.

Scores
Ortto’s Scoring feature allows users to create a customized scoring system to assess contacts' activity and attributes based on their most important metrics.

Fields
Ortto’s Fields feature displays all people and organization fields within the Ortto account, including those integrated from data sources.

Tags
Tags allow users to group and filter people and organizations in their CDP, as well as conversations in their inbox.

Ortto’s Unique identifiers enable users to manage the recognition of each individual person and organization record within their Ortto account’s customer data platform (CDP), including those integrated from data sources.

Duplicate records
The Duplicate records page displays person's (contacts) and organization records that Ortto has identified as duplicates, determined by their primary unique identifier.

Email suppression list
An Email suppression list is used to store a list of contact email addresses that are considered suppressed, meaning that email messages cannot be sent to the listed addresses.

Sunset policy
The Sunset policy enables users to automatically unsubscribe, resubscribe, or archive people based on their engagement levels.
