SMS setup

The SMS setup page allows you to configure Ortto’s global SMS messaging configurations for SMS and journey campaigns, including:

  • SMS numbers - to configure your Ortto account’s SMS numbers for different countries.

  • Consent, opt out and default responses - to configure Ortto’s standard SMS branding, message responses, and other interactive message options.

  • SMS limits and fallback - to configure restrictions on when Ortto sends SMS messages, and to define the default country code.

  • Regulatory bundles - to upload documents for regulatory bundles (required by certain countries) to your Ortto account, which allows Ortto to legally utilize SMS messaging for those countries' numbers.

  • Preference center - to configure Ortto’s web page content for managing your SMS subscription preferences, including any audiences configured to appear as an SMS preference center option.
