HubSpot organization fields

This page lists all HubSpot-related organization (company) fields which are added to your Ortto account after integrating Ortto with HubSpot when configuring HubSpot as a new data source.

Working with HubSpot organizations

You can view or filter your HubSpot organizations in your CDP on the Organizations page.

Customize the field visibility and add HubSpot organization fields by clicking the cog icon, then select or clear the fields you want to show or hide.

Apply filters using the HubSpot organization fields or activities to view the HubSpot organizations that match the filter criteria. Learn more about HubSpot activities under HubSpot activities and attributes.

To filter organizations by the HubSpot organization fields:

  1. On the the Organizations page, click Filter.
  2. Select HubSpot company, then select the fields to wish to use as filter conditions.
  3. Click Done.

Text (string)

The ID for the HubSpot customer portal with which the company is associated.

Object ID

Text (string)

The unique identifier for the HubSpot company.

Object type ID

Text (string)

The ID of the HubSpot object type.

Object name

Text (string)

The name of the HubSpot object (e.g. contact or company).

Company ID

Number

The unique identifier for the HubSpot company.

Name

Text (string)

The name of the HubSpot company.

Company: About Us

Text (string)

A short description of the company.

Company: Facebook Fans

Number

The number of Facebook fans the company has

Company: First Conversion

Text (string)

The first form submitted by any contact associated with the company.

Company: First Conversion Date

Time and date

The date of the first conversion by any contact associated with the company.

Company: First Deal Created Date

Time and date

The date the first deal was created for a contact at this company.

Company: Last Activity Date

Time and date

The last date and time of a note, call, sales email, meeting, task, or chat on the company record.

Company: Last Contacted

Time and date

The timestamp from the most recent chat conversation, call, email, or meeting logged for this company.

Contact: Last Touch Converting Campaign

Text (string)

The name based on the campaign ID responsible for the last touch creation of the contact.

Company: Likelihood to close

Number

A score that represents the percentage probability of a contact closing as a customer within the next 90 days based on standard contact properties and behavior. For example, contacts with a close probability value of 22 have a 22% chance of closing as a customer in the next 90 days.

Company: Next Activity Date

Time and date

The date of the next upcoming activity for a company

Company: Number of Employees

Number

The total number of people who work for the company

Company: Number of open deals

Number

The number of open deals associated with the company. Open deals are deals that are not in closed-won or closed-lost deal stages.

Company: Owner Assigned Date

Time and date

The timestamp for when a record owner was assigned to the company

Company: Time Last Seen

Time and date

The most recent activity of any contact associated with this company.

Company: Time of First Session

Time and date

The time of the first visit by a contact associated with this company.

Company: Time of Last Session

Time and date

The time of the most recent session of a contact associated with this company.
