Intercom organization fields
This page lists all Intercom-related organization (company) fields which are added to your Ortto account after integrating Ortto with Intercom when configuring Intercom as a new data source.
Working with Intercom organizations
You can view or filter your Intercom organizations in your CDP on the Organizations page.
Customize the field visibility and add Intercom organization fields by clicking the cog icon, then select or clear the fields you want to show or hide.
Apply filters using the Intercom organization fields or activities to view the Intercom organizations that match the filter criteria. Learn more about Intercom activities under Intercom activities and attributes.
To filter organizations by the Intercom organization fields:
- On the the Organizations page, click Filter.
- Select Intercom company, then select the fields to wish to use as filter conditions.
- Click Done.

Organization fields added from Intercom
This table lists the Intercom organization (company) fields that are added to your Ortto account after integrating Ortto with Intercom.

Company ID | Text (string) | The unique identifier for the contact which is given by Intercom. |
Company type | Text (string) | The object type (company). |
Company name | Text (string) | The company’s name |
Company website URL | Text (string) | The company’s website. |
Company industry | Text (string) | The company’s industry. |
Company remote created at | Time and date | The time the company was created by you. |
Company created at | Time and date | The time the company was added in Intercom. |
Company updated at | Time and date | The last time the company was updated. |
Company last request at | Time and date | The time the company last recorded making a request. |
Company employ count | Integer | The number of employees in the company. |
Company monthly spend | Currency | How much revenue the company generates for your business. |
Company session count | Integer | How many sessions the company has recorded. |
Company user count | Integer | The number of users in the company. |
Company plan ID | Text (string) | The identifier of the company’s plan. |
Company plan name | Text (string) | The name of the company’s plan. |
Company segments | Text (string) | The list of segments associated with the company. |
Company tags | Text (string) | List of tags that a company has. |
Company bool custom field | Boolean | A boolean-type attribute for a custom field you set in Intercom. |
Company date custom field | Time and date | A date-type attribute for a custom field you set in Intercom. |
Company decimal custom field | Decimal number | A decimal number-type attribute for a custom field you set in Intercom. |
