Setting up Ortto

Ortto’s Settings pages allow you to fine tune and customize Ortto’s global functionality, covering timezone and related localization aspects, branding, customer data records and fields, and more.

Access the settings page

To access Ortto’s Settings page:

1. Ensure you are signed in to Ortto.
2. Click Settings in the navigation drawer on the left to open Ortto’s Settings page, which provides access to specific aspects of Ortto’s global functionality, including:
   • General,
   • Brand book,
   • Email and templates,
   • Custom domains,
   • SMS setup,
   • Push notifications,
   • Talk messenger,
   • Inbox,
   • Knowledge base,
   • Customer data,
   • User management,
   • Attribution, and
   • Privacy, security and GDPR.
