Setting up Ortto

Overview

Ortto's Settings page lets users personalize Ortto's global features to fit their needs. Customize time zones and localization, adjust branding, manage customer data fields, and more—all from one convenient place.

To access the settings page, Login to Ortto > Settings.

General settings

The General settings page helps you set up Ortto with your business details, location preferences, and organizational support settings—all in one place.

Talk messenger

The messenger widget is Ortto’s Talk feature, enabling live conversations with your customers directly on your website. Enabling this widget lets visitors contact your organization for customer support or to ask questions of your sales team.

Inbox

The Inbox page is where you manage Talk inbox settings, including email addresses, saved replies, teams and members, and assignment rules—all from one central hub.

Ortto’s Knowledge base feature helps you create easily accessible help content where customers can find answers and important information about your products and organization.
