Squarespace person fields
Overview
Squarespace contacts are merged into your customer data platform (CDP) on the initial connection with Squarespace.
Accessing Squarespace person fields
Navigate to Settings > Customer data > Fields > Select All > Squarespace.
Working with Squarespace contacts
You can view and filter your Squarespace contacts on the People page in Ortto.
- Click the cog icon to customize field visibility and add or remove Squarespace fields.
- Use filters to find contacts based on Squarespace person fields or activities.
EX: To see all contacts created in Ortto via the Squarespace integration, go to the People page and filter for Initial source is Squarespace.
How to filter by Squarespace fields:
- Go to the People page and click Filter.
- Select Squarespace, then choose the fields to filter by.
- Click Done.

Person fields added from Squarespace
This table lists the Squarespace person fields that are added to your Ortto account after integrating Ortto with Squarespace.

Created On | Time and date | When the customer profile was created, in ISO 8601 UTC format. |
Address First Name | Text (string) | The address first name for the customer profile. |
Address Last Name | Text (string) | The address last name for the customer profile. |
Address 1 | Text (string) | The address line 1 for the customer profile. |
Address 2 | Text (string) | The address line 2 for the customer profile. |
Address City | Text (string) | The address city for the customer profile. |
Address State | Text (string) | The address state for the customer profile. |
Address Country Code | Text (string) | The address country code (in ISO 3166 alpha-2 format) for the customer profile. |

Order Amount | Currency | An order amount conforming to ISO 4217 format. |
Refund Amount | Currency | A refund amount conforming to ISO 4217 format. |
Donation Amount | Currency | A donation amount conforming to ISO 4217 format. |
Fist Order Submitted On | Time and date | The time and date when the customer profile’s first order was submitted, in ISO 8601 UTC format. |
Last Order Submitted On | Time and date | The time and date when the customer profile’s most recent order was submitted, in ISO 8601 UTC format. |
First Donation Submitted On | Time and date | The time and date when the customer profile’s first donation was submitted, in ISO 8601 UTC format. |
Last Donation Submitted On | Time and date | The time and date when the customer profile’s most recent donation was submitted, in ISO 8601 UTC format. |
Order Count | Number | The grand total of all order. |
