Person reports vs. Account reports

You can create two different types of object reports: Person reports and Account reports.

  • Person reports allow you to analyze activities and fields tracked or stored at the individual contact level. These reports are useful when you need insights related to specific people such as contact fields or any activities tied directly to a person.
  • Account reports allow you to analyze activities and fields tracked or stored at the account (organization) level. These are helpful when you're looking at company-wide data, activities, or any information that applies to an account rather than an individual contact.
When creating a new report in Ortto, you have the option to create a person report or an account report.

Use default data source reports

When you integrate a data source with Ortto, we automatically create reports based on relevant activities, such how much of your new business monthly recurring revenue (MRR) is from subscribers. This helps you and your team gain insight into where you might need to turn your attention, such as to abandoned checkouts.
