Salesforce activities and attributes

This page lists all default Salesforce activities which are added to your Ortto account after integrating Ortto with Salesforce when configuring Salesforce as a new data source.

In Salesforce, when a lead is coverted, Salesforce creates an accountcontact, and optionally an opportunity, using information from the lead you are converting.

All activities are based on the objects you chose to be synced during the Ortto/Salesforce integration process.

Campaign created, campaign updated

The Campaign created and Campaign updated activities are generated when a Salesforce campaign is respectively created or updated. Most of the attributes within this activity are derived from Salesforce, with others managed internally by Ortto.

The Campaign member added and Campaign member removed activities are generated when a Salesforce member (such as a lead or contact) is respectively added to or removed from a Salesforce campaign. Most of the attributes within this activity are derived from Salesforce, with others managed internally by Ortto or a part of its CDP.

Currency (integer)

The Ortto conversion value used for attribution purposes, which could also include MRR and ARR.

The URL of the website of the company with which the Salesforce lead is affiliated.

Zip/postal code

Text (string)

The zip or postal code portion of the Salesforce lead’s address.

Opportunity created, opportunity updated, opportunity won

The Opportunity createdOpportunity updated, and Opportunity won activities are generated when a Salesforce opportunity is respectively created, updated or won. Most of the attributes within this activity are derived from Salesforce, with others managed internally by Ortto or a part of its CDP.
