Salesforce activities and attributes
This page lists all default Salesforce activities which are added to your Ortto account after integrating Ortto with Salesforce when configuring Salesforce as a new data source.
In Salesforce, when a lead is converted, Salesforce creates an account, contact, and optionally an opportunity, using information from the lead you are converting.
All activities are based on the objects you chose to be synced during the Ortto/Salesforce integration process.
Campaign created, campaign updated
The Campaign created and Campaign updated activities are generated when a Salesforce campaign is respectively created or updated. Most of the attributes within this activity are derived from Salesforce, with others managed internally by Ortto.

Campaign member added, campaign member removed, and campaign member deleted
The Campaign member added, Campaign member removed, and Campaign member deleted activities are generated when a Salesforce member (such as a lead or contact) is respectively added to, removed from, or deleted from a Salesforce campaign. The deleted activity can occur when either the campaign member record is deleted or the contact/lead record is deleted.
TIP:
- When using an activity filter, choose the activity that matches how contacts are managed in Salesforce.
- If you delete and remove campaign members, use both activities with an OR operator to capture both actions.
Most of the attributes within this activity are derived from Salesforce, with others managed internally by Ortto or a part of its CDP.

The Opportunity created, Opportunity updated, and Opportunity won activities are generated when a Salesforce opportunity is respectively created, updated or won. Most of the attributes within this activity are derived from Salesforce, with others managed internally by Ortto or a part of its CDP.
