Magento 2 person fields
Magento 2 contacts are merged into your customer data platform (CDP) on the initial connection with Magento 2.
Working with Magento 2 contacts
You can view or filter your Magento 2 contacts in your CDP on the People page.
Customize the field visibility and add Magento 2 fields by clicking the cog icon, then select or clear the fields you want to show or hide.
Apply filters using the Magento 2 person fields or activities to view the Magento 2 contacts in your people list who match the filter criteria. Learn more about Magento 2 activities under Magento 2 activities and attributes.
To filter people by the Magento 2 person fields:
- On the the People page, click Filter.
- Select Magento 2, then select the fields to wish to use as filter conditions.
- Click Done.
