Troubleshooting entry/exit criteria filter errors in a journey
Overview
When creating entry and/or exit criteria filters within a journey, error notifications may appear if the filters are not configured correctly. These notifications are triggered by issues such as missing or invalid data and invalid operators. It's important to carefully review the criteria and ensure that all selected attributes and values are accurate and applicable to the targeted audience.
Filter errors due to invalid operator
When using occurs in a campaign entry/exit criteria it is possible to add extra conditions by adding an AND operator.

If the condition is marked red, this indicates the chosen operator is invalid.
To resolve this error, click on the OR operator to switch it to AND.

Filter errors due to data source fields/activities that have been removed
When creating entry/exit criteria filters in journeys, it is possible to use data source activities and fields. If these data sources are disconnected and archived, this will result in a filter error.

To resolve this error, the archived data source field or activity must either be removed, or the data source must be restored in order to continue using the field or activity.
