Adding Shopify content to your emails

Overview

Once you have integrated Shopify with Ortto a number of relevant email content blocks are added to Ortto.


Available content blocks

IMPORTANT: The relevant content blocks will only appear in the email if the person has had Shopify activity within the last 30 days. If there's been no activity in that period, the content blocks will not be shown.

  • Price dropped: Shows the most recent item for when a price dropped.
  • Abandoned checkout: Displays products from the last abandoned checkout.
  • Products: Choose products from your store to display.
  • Abandoned cart: Displays products from the last abandoned cart.
  • Coupon: Share coupons with your subscribers.
  • Last order: Display the last order details including items, shipping, taxes and total.
  • Recently browsed: Displays the most recently browsed products by the subscriber.
  • Back in stock: Shows the most recent restocked item for when a subscriber asked to be notified.
  • Out of stock: Shows the most recent out of stock items where the subscriber requested to be notified.
  • Dynamic products: Dynamically fetches products based on your selection.
  • Collection: Display products from a collection.

NOTE: For Shopify email content blocks, the Variant title isn’t a selectable option under Details. Instead, it’s automatically included based on the product's variant ID from Shopify. If a variant ID exists, it will be added by default.
