Knowledge base - Ortto help

The Ortto API kb entity is the top-level Ortto entity for accessing knowledge base articles in Ortto’s customer data platform (CDP).

The following endpoints constitute this entity:

POST /v1/kb/get-one-article - Retreive one knowledge base article within Ortto's customer data platform (CDP).
POST /v1/kb/get-one-article - Retreive more than one or all knowledge base articles within Ortto's customer data platform (CDP).
