Facebook activities and attributes
Overview
This page lists default activities from Facebook that are automatically added to your Ortto account when integrating Facebook as a data source. It includes their attributes and field types.
NOTE: Facebook activities are merged using the email address provided by Facebook. Unlike other data source integrations, Facebook does not have hidden identifiers. If multiple records in Ortto share the same email address, only one will receive the activity, chosen at random.
Viewing Facebook activities
To view the Facebook activities, go to CDP > Activities > All > Facebook.
