Creating a NPS capture widget

Overview

NPS (Net Promoter Score) is a simple way to measure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

It’s based on one key question: “How likely are you to recommend our product/service to a friend or colleague?” (rated 0–10)

Responses are grouped into:

  • Promoters (9–10): Loyal fans
  • Passives (7–8): Satisfied but not enthusiastic
  • Detractors (0–6): Unhappy customers who may not recommend you

NOTE: You can add an NPS (Net Promoter Score) question to these widget types: Notification, Banner, Takeover, and Popup.

  1. Go to Marketing > Capture.
