Autopilot: Exporting contacts

In the Contacts app, follow the steps below to export contacts:

As demonstrated above, you can also just export a particular list or smart segment.

When the export begins you will see the following:

As noted above, export time varies based on the number of contacts. Please allow up to one minute per 10,000 contacts.

Please note that:

• In order to be as fast and efficient as possible, Autopilot uses a "streaming" export, which means that the total file size is not known, and a percentage progress won't be displayed. This means your download will look something like this (example shown is Google Chrome):

• Date fields will be exported in UTC time.
