Profile settings

To access your Profile settings, click on your account name in the bottom-left corner, then click Profile settings.

In the General tab, you can manage your user details and settings, including:

  • Name.
  • Email address.
  • Avatar.
  • Notification and email preferences.
  • Appearance.

Manage your password in the Password tab.

The Two factor verification tab enables you to add an extra layer of security to your account by setting a second verification step to your sign in process.

Choose to receive a text message to with a code, or use an authenticator app as your verification method. Each option also comes with a set of back-up codes you can use in case the primary verification option is not working.

NOTE: Setting two factor verification only applies to the account for the user who has set it. For example, if an account has 2 users but only 1 user enables 2FA in their Profile settings, it will not affect the other user’s profile settings.

However, a user with an Admin role can set two-step authentication as Required for all users under Settings  Privacy security and GDPR  Two-step authentication (2FA). In this case, all users will automatically have 2FA enabled in their Profile settings and be required to login using 2FA.

Notification and email preferences

In the Notification and email preferences, you can enable:

  • Product updates.
  • Campaign notifications and performance summary.

The Product updates would provide you with monthly updates on new releases, improvements, & fixes directly to your email inbox. You can also subscribe to this directly here https://ortto.com/product-updates/.
