accounts (previously organizations)

The Ortto API accounts entity is the top-level entity for managing accounts in Ortto’s customer data platform (CDP).

The following endpoints constitute this entity:

• POST /v1/accounts/get — Retrieve one or more accounts (get).
• POST /v1/accounts/merge — Create or update one or more accounts (merge).
• Archive, restore and delete accounts:
  • PUT /v1/accounts/archive
  • PUT /v1/accounts/restore
  • DELETE /v1/accounts/delete
• Add or remove people from accounts:
  • PUT /v1/accounts/contacts/add
  • PUT /v1/accounts/contacts/remove
