Working with accounts (previously organizations)
Overview
Ortto’s accounts feature lets you view and manage account data linked to your customers (people) across all connected data sources in your account.
You can associate one or more people with an account, giving you a clear view of the companies your customers belong to.
Together, this people and account data forms your Customer Data Platform (CDP), a centralized source of truth for everything you know about your customers in Ortto.
Access the accounts page
Before you begin, make sure the Accounts feature is enabled in Settings > General. It may also be turned on automatically if one of your connected data sources supports it.
To open the Accounts page:
- Sign in to Ortto.
- Navigate to CDP > Accounts.
From here, you’ll see a list of all accounts linked to your customer data. You can manage everything related to accounts in your CDP from this page.
