Calendly activities and attributes
This page lists all default Calendly activities that are added to your Ortto account after integrating Ortto with Calendly as a new data source.
View Calendly activity details
To view the Calendly activities access the Ortto activities, then scroll through the activities list for the Calendly activities of Created event, Rescheduled event, and Cancelled event. These Ortto activities align with the Calendly events of an invitee booking, rescheduling, or cancelling a meeting with Calendly.
TIP: Use the All dropdown and select Calendly to limit the activity list to show the Calendly activities.
To see the details for a Calendly activity:
- Select a Calendly activity.
- Click the Activity feed option at the top of the screen.
- Scroll the list for an event of interest.
- Click Show details.
Each activity record lists the name of the person who created the event, the event name, the time it was created, and numerous other details.
The activity details show the data merged from Calendly, including event questions you configured for the invitee to answer while booking the event.
Created event, rescheduled event, cancelled event
Creating an event in Calendly will result in a created event activity in Ortto. Similarly, rescheduling and canceling an event in Calendly will create rescheduled and cancelled activities in Ortto.
The attributes for these events provide information about the person and the event which was created, rescheduled or cancelled.

Event URI | Link | A unique (Canonical) Calendly reference for the event. |
First Name | Text | The first name for the person. |
Guests | Text list | A list of the additional guests invited by the invitee. |
Host | Text list | The list of hosts for the event. |
Host Email | Text list | The list of email addresses for the hosts for the event. |
Internal Note | Text | The note which may have been associated with the event type. |
Invitee Email | The email address for the invitee. | |
Invitee URI | Link | A unique (Canonical) Calendly reference for the invitee. |
Last Name | Text | The last name for the person. |
Location | Text | The description of the location, or number for the inbound out bound call. |
Location Join URL | Link | The link to Join the event. |
Location Type | Text | The type of location to be used for the event, such as In person meeting, Google conference, Zoom conference, etc. |
Location Status | Text | The current status of the location type, used for online conference events. |
Meeting Kind | Text | The indicator to show if an event is solo or group. |
Meeting Pooling Type | Text | The indicator to show if the event type is round robin (alternates between hosts), collective (invitees pick a time where all participants are available), or null (no consideration is given to participant availability). |

New Invitee | Text | The reference for the new invitee instance that is rescheduled to. |
Old Invitee | Text | The reference for the old invitee instance that was rescheduled from. |

Rescheduled URL | Link | The URL to reschedule the event for the invitee. |
Start Time | Time and date | The date and time the event is scheduled to start in UTC time. |
Status | Text | Shows if the event is active or cancelled. |
Text reminder number | Text | The phone number used when sending text reminders to the person. |
Timezone | Text | The timezone for the event, Calendly gives this field as a timezone offset. |
Updated at | Time and date | The time and date the event was last updated in Calendly. |
UTM Tracking Campaign | Text | The Calendly UTM parameter used to track the campaign. |
UTM Tracking Content | Text | The Calendly content tracking parameter. |
UTM Tracking Medium | Text | The Calendly parameter used to identify the type of input, such as social media, QR code, affiliate, or Costs per click (CPC). |
UTM Tracking Salesforce UUID | Text | The Salesforce unique identifier for the record held in Calendly. |
UTM Tracking Source | Text | The UTM parameter which identifies the source for the traffic (originating platform). |
UTM Tracking Term | Text | The UTM parameter used to track keywords and terms. |
