Pipedrive person fields
Overview
Pipedrive contacts are merged into your customer data platform (CDP) on the initial connection with Pipedrive.
Accessing Pipedrive person fields
Navigate to Settings > Customer data > Fields > Select All > Pipedrive.
Working with Pipedrive contacts
You can view and filter your Pipedrive contacts in your CDP on the People page.
- Customize which fields are visible by clicking the cog icon and selecting or hiding Pipedrive fields.
- Use filters to find contacts based on Pipedrive person fields or activities.
EX: To see all contacts created in Ortto via the Pipedrive integration, go to the People page and filter for Initial source is Pipedrive.
How to filter by Pipedrive person fields:
- Go to the People page and click Filter.
- Select Pipedrive person, then choose the fields to filter by.
- Click Done.

Person fields added from Pipedrive
This table lists the Pipedrive person fields that are added to your Ortto account after integrating Ortto with Pipedrive.
