Calendly person fields

Overview

Calendly contacts are merged into your CDP people on the initial connection with Calendly, and subsequently individually when an invitee books, reschedules, or cancels an event or meeting.

Accessing Calendly person fields

Navigate to Settings > Customer data > Fields > Select All > Calendly.


Working with Calendly contacts

You can view, sort, and filter your Calendly contacts on the People page in Ortto.

  • Use Calendly fields and activities from the integration to refine your list.
  • Click the cog icon to customize field visibility and add or remove Calendly fields (marked with a Calendly icon).
  • Filter your People list using Calendly fields or activities to find matching contacts.

EX: To see all contacts created in Ortto via the Calendly integration, go to the People page and filter for Initial source is Calendly.

How to filter by Calendly fields

  1. Go to the People page and click Filter.
  2. Select Calendly, then choose the fields to build your filter.
  3. Click Done.

How to filter by Calendly activities

  1. Go to the People page and click Filter.
  2. Scroll through the list of activities until you reach the Calendly activities (marked with a Calendly icon).
  3. Select an activity to build your filter.
  4. Click Done.

Fields added from Calendly

This page lists all Calendly-related person fields that are added to your Ortto account after integrating Ortto with Calendly as a new data source.

The following table lists the additional fields added to the Ortto CDP from the Calendly integration:

The email address for the person in Calendly.

The time and date for the first time an event was rescheduled.

Rescheduled event last occurred

Time and date

The time and date for the last time an event was rescheduled.

Scheduling URL

The Calendly URL used to view the schedule and book a meeting or event with the person.

Slug

Text

The unique component for the person’s Calendly scheduling URL.

Text reminder number

Text

The phone number used when sending text reminders to the person.

Timezone

The timezone for the person, Calendly gives this field as a timezone offset.

Total invitees

Number

The number of people who have been invited to an event.

Updated

Time and date

The details for the last time the person was updated.

User URI

Link

The Calendly unique reference (Canonical) for the person.

The Calendly UTM parameter used to track the campaign.

UTM Tracking Content

The Calendly UTM content tracking parameter.

UTM Tracking Medium

The Calendly parameter used to identify the type of input, such as social media, QR code, affiliate, or Costs per click (CPC).
