Calendly person fields
Calendly contacts are merged into your CDP people on the initial connection with Calendly, and subsequently individually when an invitee books, reschedules, or cancels an event or meeting.
Working with Calendly contacts
View, sort, or filter your Calendly contacts on the Ortto CDP in the people page. Use the people, Calendly fields and activities added from the Calendly integration in Ortto.
Customize the field visibility and add Calendly fields by clicking the cog icon, then select or clear the fields you want to show or hide. Calendly fields are indicated with the small Calendly icon.
Filter the people List using Calendly fields or activities to view the Calendly contacts in your people list who match the filter criteria.
To filter people with Calendly fields from the People page, click Filter and select Calendly, then use the fields to build the filter.
To filter people with Calendly activities from the People page, click Filter and scroll through the list of activities until you reach the Calendly activities, then use an activity to build the filter. The Calendly activities are indicated via the Calendly icon.
Fields added from Calendly
This page lists all Calendly-related person fields that are added to your Ortto account after integrating Ortto with Calendly as a new data source.

Total invitees | Number | The number of people who have been invited to an event. |
Updated | Time and date | The details for the last time the person was updated. |
User URI | Link | The Calendly unique reference (Canonical) for the person. |
UTM Tracking Campaign | Text | The Calendly UTM parameter used to track the campaign. |
UTM Tracking Content | Text | The Calendly UTM content tracking parameter. |
UTM Tracking Medium | Text | The Calendly parameter used to identify the type of input, such as social media, QR code, affiliate, or Costs per click (CPC). |
UTM Tracking Salesforce UUID | Text | The Salesforce unique identifier for the record held in Calendly. |
UTM Tracking Source | Text | The UTM parameter which identifies the source for the traffic (originating platform). |
