Intercom person fields

Intercom contacts are merged into your customer data platform (CDP) on the initial connection with Intercom.

Working with Intercom contacts

You can view or filter your Intercom contacts in your CDP on the People page.

Customize the field visibility and add Intercom fields by clicking the cog icon, then select or clear the fields you want to show or hide.

Apply filters using the Intercom person fields or activities to view the Intercom contacts in your people list who match the filter criteria. Learn more about Intercom activities under Intercom activities and attributes.

To filter people by the Intercom person fields:

On the the People page, click Filter.
Select Intercom contact, then select the fields to wish to use as filter conditions.
Click Done.

Person fields added from Intercom

This table lists the Intercom person fields that are added to your Ortto account after integrating Ortto with Intercom.

Field	Type	Description
App ID	Text (string)	The identifier for the Intercom workspace associated with the contact.
Contact ID	Text (string)	The unique identifier for the contact which is given by Intercom.
Contact email	Email	The contact’s email address.
Contact phone	Phone number object	The contact’s phone number.
Contact name	Text (string)	The contact’s name.
Contact has hard bounced	Boolean	Whether the contact has had an email sent to them hard bounce.
Contact marked email as spam	Boolean	Whether the contact has marked an email sent to them as spam.
Contact unsubscribed from emails	Boolean	Whether the contact is unsubscribed from emails.
Contact type	Text (string)	The type of object.
Contact workspace ID	Text (string)	The id of the workspace which the contact belongs to.
Contact external ID	Text (string)	An external ID set for the contact.
Contact role	Text (string)	The role of the contact.
Contact owner ID	Text (string)	The id of an Intercom admin that has been assigned account ownership of the contact.
Contact created at	Time and date	The time when the contact was created.
Contact updated at	Time and date	The time when the contact was updated.
Contact signed up at	Time and date	The time when the contact signed-up.
Contact last seen at	Time and date	The time when the contact was last seen (either where the Intercom Messenger was installed or when specified manually).
Contact last replied at	Time and date	The time when the contact last messaged in.
Contact last contacted at	Time and date	The time when the contact was last messaged.
Contact last email opened at	Time and date	The time when the contact last opened an email.
Contact last email clicked at	Time and date	The time when the contact last clicked a link in an email.
Contact language override	Text	A preferred language setting for the contact, used by Intercom even if their browser settings change.
Contact os	Text (string)	The operating system which the contact is using.
Contact browser	Text (string)	The name of the browser which the contact is using.
Contact browser version	Text (string)	The version of the browser which the contact is using.
Contact browser language	Text (string)	The language set by the browser which the contact is using.
Contact android app name	Text (string)	The name of the Android app which the contact is using.
Contact android app version	Text (string)	The version of the Android app which the contact is using.
Contact android device	Text (string)	The Android device which the contact is using.
Contact android os version	Text (string)	The version of the Android OS which the contact is using.
Contact android sdk version	Text (string)	The version of the Android SDK which the contact is using.

Contact ios app name	Text (string)	The name of the iOS app which the contact is using.
Contact ios app version	Text (string)	The version of the iOS app which the contact is using.
Contact ios device	Text (string)	The iOS device which the contact is using.
Contact ios os version	Text (string)	The version of iOS which the contact is using.
Contact ios sdk version	Text (string)	The version of the iOS SDK which the contact is using.
Contact ios last seen at	Time and date	The last time the contact used the iOS app.
Contact utm campaign	Text (string)	The `utm_campaign` value a contact originated from.
Contact utm content	Text (string)	The `utm_content` value a contact originated from.
Contact utm medium	Text (string)	The `utm_medium` value a contact originated from.
Contact utm source	Text (string)	The `utm_source` value a contact originated from.
Contact utm term	Text (string)	The `utm_term` value a contact originated from.
Contact referrer	Text (string)	The referral value a contact originated from.
Contact tags	Text list	List of tags that a contact has.
Bool custom field	Boolean	A boolean-type attribute for a custom field you set in Intercom.
Contact created first occurred	Time and date	The time and date for the first time the contact was created.
Contact created last occurred	Time and date	The time and date for the last time the contact was created.
Contact updated first occurred	Time and date	The time and date for the first time the contact was updated.
Contact updated last occurred	Time and date	The time and date for the last time the contact was updated.
Conversation created first occurred	Time and date	The time and date for the first time the a conversation associated with the contact was created.
Conversation created last occurred	Time and date	The time and date for the last time the a conversation associated with the contact was created.
Conversation updated first occurred	Time and date	The time and date for the first time the a conversation associated with the contact was updated.
Conversation updated last occurred	Time and date	The time and date for the last time the a conversation associated with the contact was updated.
Date custom field	Date	A date-type attribute for a custom field you set in Intercom.
Decimal custom field	Decimal number	A decimal number-type attribute for a custom field you set in Intercom.
Firstname	Text (string)	The contact’s first name.
Lastname	Text (string)	The contact’s last name.
List custom field	Text	A list-type attribute for a custom field you set in Intercom.
Number custom field	Number	A number-type attribute for a custom field you set in Intercom.
Profession	Text (string)	The contact’s profession.
