Best days/times to send emails

Overview

When running a campaign with an audience, Ortto provides demographic insights to help you understand when and how your audience engages with your emails. These insights can help guide your decision on the best days and times to send.

How to access demographics

To access the demographics:

1. Go to CDP > Audiences.
2. Select the audience of interest.
3. Open the Demographics tab.

Like other reports in your account, the demographics view includes a timeframe filter, allowing you to refine results for the period you want to analyze.

Demographic insights

The demographics section shows:

• The hour of the day when your audience is most likely to open your emails.
• The day of the week when your audience is most likely to open your emails.
• Audience location displayed on a map.
• The web browser most commonly used by your audience.
