Accessing Ortto on mobile
Overview
Ortto is designed to be as responsive and capable on mobile as possible. However, some features may have limitations or are not yet supported due to mobile browser constraints. Below is a summary of what you can and cannot do on mobile.
Supported features on mobile
Below is a list of features that can be used when logging into Ortto on mobile:
Account Management
- Switch between multiple accounts if you have access to more than one.
Dashboards
- View and interact with existing dashboards.
- Apply filters for time periods, refresh dashboards, edit dashboard names, and delete dashboards.
- Adjust share settings, display dashboards on TV settings, and save as PDFs via email.
- Manage email notification settings.
Reports
- View and search reports.
- Apply filters based on report type, time period, or folders.
- Pin reports to dashboards.
Campaigns
- View all campaign types and search for specific campaigns.
- Access the campaign calendar and edit, archive, or delete campaigns.
- Preview campaign details, recipients, reports, and activity logs.
People
- View contact records and search for contacts.
- Add new contacts and apply filters.
- Click on a contact's email to open your mobile email client for communication.
More settings & support
- Modify select settings (General, Email, Custom Domains, Attribution, Privacy, Security & GDPR).
- Access the support widget (Talk) for assistance.

What features are not supported?
The following features are not available on mobile:
- Dashboards: Cannot create new dashboards.
- Reports: Cannot create new reports.
- Campaigns: Cannot create new campaigns.
- Capture
- Asset manager
- People: Cannot view individual contact profiles, including contact details, audience, and activity data.
- Talk
- Articles
- Scores
- Audiences
- Organizations
- Data sources
- Activities
- Settings: User management is not available.
TIP: Most mobile browsers offer a Request Desktop Website feature, which can enhance support for certain features and improve functionality when accessing the platform on a mobile device.
