Setting up file downloads in capture widgets

Overview

Users can download files, such as PDFs, guides, or eBooks, by clicking a button in a capture widget. This enables users to share valuable content immediately after form submission or interaction, creating a smooth experience while collecting user information.

Accessing capture widgets

To access capture widgets, go to Marketing > Capture > New widget.

NOTE: You can only follow these steps if you’ve already created a capture widget. If you haven't, create one first.

  2. Under On click, select Download file.
  3. Upload your file. Supported file types include: JPEG, JPG, BMP, GIF, PNG, TIFF, PDF, CSV, DOC, DOCX, XLS, and XLSX.
