In Ortto, users can customize their dashboard to display key reports, making it easier to track and measure important business metrics.

Add reports to a dashboard

Users can add reports to a dashboard using the following methods:

Pin a report to a dashboard when viewing the report

To pin a report to a dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Analytics > Reports.
  2. Find the report you want to add and click on it.
  3. Click the Pin to dashboard button.
  4. If you have multiple dashboards, choose the one to add the report to.

Add a report from the dashboard page

To add a report from the dashboard page, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Analytics > Dashboards.
  2. If you have multiple dashboards, select the one you want to add the report to.
  3. Click Customize.
  4. Click + Add report.
  5. Search for and select the report to add.
  6. Click Done to save.

Remove a report from a dashboard

To remove an existing report from a dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Analytics > Dashboards.
  2. If you have multiple dashboards, choose the one with the report to remove.
  3. Click Customize.
  4. Hover over the report, click the More (three dots) option.
  5. Select Remove report.
  6. Click Done to save.

Change the layout of a dashboard

To change the layout of a dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Analytics > Dashboards.
  2. If you have multiple dashboards, choose the one to edit.
  3. Click Customize.
  4. Drag and drop the reports to rearrange them.
  5. Click Done to save.

Reports on a dashboard adjust automatically based on the selected timeframe, unless a custom rolling period is set for a specific report. To edit the timeframe:

  1. Navigate to Analytics > Dashboards.
  2. If you have multiple dashboards, choose the one to edit.
  3. Click Customize.
  4. Hover over the report and click the More (three dots) option.
  5. Select Edit timeframe.
  6. Choose Custom, then select the timeframe from the dropdown and click OK.
  7. Click Done to save.
