Gorgias activities and attributes

Overview

This page lists default activities from Gorgias that are automatically added to your Ortto account when integrating Gorgias as a data source. It includes their attributes and field types.

Viewing Gorgias activities

To view the Gorgias activities, go to CDP > Activities > All Gorgias.

Text

The channel where the conversation was started in Gorgias (live chat, email, etc).

Is from agent

Boolean

Indicates whether the message was sent by an agent or from a customer. If it's true, the message was sent from an agent; if false, it was sent by the customer.

Is unread

Boolean

Indicates whether the ticket has been read or not.

Is spam

Boolean

Indicates whether the ticket has been marked as spam.

Language

Text

The language in which the ticket is written.

Subject

Text

The subject of the ticket.

Status

Text

The status of the ticket (open, closed, etc).

Assignee email

Email

Email address of the person the ticket is assigned to.

Assignee name

Name of the person the ticket is assigned to.

Tags

Array

List of tags associated with the ticket.

Created at

Time and date

Date and time the ticket was created.

Updated at

Time and date

Date and time the ticket was last updated.

Closed at

Time and date

Date and time the ticket was closed.

Opened at

Time and date

Date and time the ticket was opened.

Snoozed at

Time and date

Date and time the ticket was snoozed.

Trashed at

Time and date

Date and time the ticket was moved to the trash.

Date and time the last message was sent or received for the ticket.
