Autopilot: Rate Limit - Segment Destination

We currently impose a rolling rate limit on Segment requests of 5000 every 5 minutes. We only count identify and track calls towards this limit.

If you hit this limit you'll be shown a notification in Autopilot. We recommend either:

• sending your requests in smaller batches; or
• if you are using Segment to add or update a large amount of contacts in Autopilot at once, using our bulk add contacts API method instead of Segment.
