Talk
Talk is Ortto’s messenger platform that enables you to have synchronous and asynchronous conversations with your customers to provide sales and customer support, in the context of a contact’s data and activities stored in your customer data platform (CDP).
The key features of Talk are:
- A Talk messenger widget, which is placed on your website to handle inbound (contact/visitor-initiated) and outbound (conversation capture-initiated) conversations.
- A conversation capture widget (run via the the Talk messenger widget) that enables you to send messages to initiate (outbound) conversations with your customers and website visitors.
- An Inbox where agents respond to and manage the conversations assigned to them.
