Managing capture widgets
Overview
Once you’ve added capture widgets, you can manage them from the Capture widgets page.
From here, you can:
Accessing capture widgets
To access capture widgets, go to Marketing > Capture.
Search capture widgets
Use the Search bar to find widgets by name. It checks all folders by default, but if you're inside a folder, it will only search within that folder.
Switch capture widgets on or off
To control whether a capture widget is live on your site:
- Navigate to Marketing > Capture
 - Find the widget you want to update (you’ll see if it’s currently ON or OFF)
 - Click the widget to open its details
 - Click ON to turn it off, or OFF to turn it on
 
NOTE: Turning a widget off removes it from your active widget count for billing purposes.
Filter capture widgets
Use the All filter dropdown to view:
- All widgets
 - Only those that are On
 - Only those that are Off
 - Archived widgets
 
Duplicate capture widgets
You can duplicate a widget to quickly create a new one with the same setup.
To do this:
- Find the widget you want to copy
 - Click the ⋯ (more) icon
 - Select Duplicate
 - Edit the content, targeting, or design as needed
 
Archive capture widgets
Archive widgets you no longer need to:
- Remove them from the main list and search.
 - Prevent them from being turned on accidentally.
 - Prepare for deletion if needed.
 
Archived widgets won’t appear in your main list or search—unless you're using the Archived filter.
Archive a single widget
- Go to the Capture widgets page.
 - Find the widget you want to archive.
 - Make sure it’s switched OFF.
 - Click the ⋯ (more) icon and select Archive.
 
Archive multiple widgets
- On the Capture widgets page, use the checkboxes to select widgets.
- You can also search by name and then select from the results.
 
 - Click Archive.
 
Restore capture widgets
Restoring a widget brings it back to your main Capture widgets list.
Restore one or more widgets
- On the Capture widgets page, use the filter dropdown to show Archived widgets
 - Select the checkboxes next to the widgets you want to restore
- You can also search by name, then select from the results
 
 - Click Restore
 
Restore a single widget
- Filter for Archived widgets
 - Find the widget you want to restore
 - Click the ⋯ (more) icon and select Restore
 
Delete capture widgets
To permanently remove a capture widget, you’ll need to archive it first.
Delete one or more widgets
- Archive the widgets you want to delete.
 - On the Capture widgets page, use the filter to view Archived widgets.
 - Select the checkboxes next to the widgets you want to delete.
- You can also search by name and select from the results.
 
 - Click Delete.
 
Delete a single widget
- Filter for Archived widgets.
 - Find the widget you want to delete.
 - Click the ⋯ (more) icon and choose Delete.
 
Capture widget folders
Use folders to group and organize your capture widgets.
Create a new folder
- On the Capture widgets page, click New Folder.
 - Enter a name and click Create.
 
Move widgets to a folder
- Select the checkboxes next to the widgets you want to move.
- You can also search by name, then select from the results.
 
 - Click Move to, then:
- Choose an existing folder, or
 - Click New folder, enter a name, and move the widgets there.
