Intercom activities and attributes
This page lists default Intercom activities that are added to your Ortto account after integrating Ortto with Intercom when adding Intercom as a data source.
Contact created, Contact updated
The contact activities are generated when a Intercom contact is created or updated. Most of the default attributes within this activity are derived from Intercom, with others managed internally by Ortto or a part of its CDP.

Profession | Text | The contact’s profession. |

Contact has hard bounced | Boolean | Whether the contact has had an email sent to them hard bounce. |
Contact marked email as spam | Boolean | Whether the contact has marked an email sent to them as spam. |

Contact workspace ID | Text | The id of the workspace which the contact belongs to. |
Contact external ID | Text | An external ID set for the contact. |
Contact role | Text | The role of the contact. |
Contact owner ID | Text | The id of an Intercom admin that has been assigned account ownership of the contact. |
Contact created at | Time and date | The time when the contact was created. |
Contact updated at | Time and date | The time when the contact was updated. |
Contact signed up at | Time and date | The time when the contact signed-up. |
Contact last seen at | Time and date | The time when the contact was last seen (either where the Intercom Messenger was installed or when specified manually). |
Contact last replied at | Time and date | The time when the contact last messaged in. |
Contact last contacted at | Time and date | The time when the contact was last messaged. |
Contact last email opened at | Time and date | The time when the contact last opened an email. |
Contact last email clicked at | Time and date | The time when the contact last clicked a link in an email. |
Contact language override | Text | A preferred language setting for the contact, used by Intercom even if their browser settings change. |
Contact os | Text | The operating system which the contact is using. |
Contact browser | Text | The name of the browser which the contact is using. |
Contact browser version | Text | The version of the browser which the contact is using. |

Contact android app name | Text | The name of the Android app which the contact is using. |
