Intercom activities and attributes

This page lists default Intercom activities that are added to your Ortto account after integrating Ortto with Intercom when adding Intercom as a data source.

Contact created, Contact updated

The contact activities are generated when a Intercom contact is created or updated. Most of the default attributes within this activity are derived from Intercom, with others managed internally by Ortto or a part of its CDP.
