Intercom activities and attributes

This page lists default Intercom activities that are added to your Ortto account after integrating Ortto with Intercom when adding Intercom as a data source.

Contact created, Contact updated

The contact activities are generated when a Intercom contact is created or updated. Most of the default attributes within this activity are derived from Intercom, with others managed internally by Ortto or a part of its CDP.

Value	Currency	The Ortto conversion value used for attribution purposes, which could also include MRR and ARR.
Country	Geo	An internal geographical data object set by Ortto representing the Intercom contact’s country of origin.
Region	Geo	An internal geographical data object set by Ortto representing the Intercom contact’s region.
City	Geo	An internal geographical data object set by Ortto representing the Intercom contact’s city of origin.
List custom field	Text	A list-type attribute for a custom field you set in Intercom.
Bool custom field	Boolean	A boolean-type attribute for a custom field you set in Intercom.
Text custom field	Text	A text-type attribute for a custom field you set in Intercom.
Profession	Text	The contact’s profession.
Date custom field	Date	A date-type attribute for a custom field you set in Intercom.
Number custom field	Number	A number-type attribute for a custom field you set in Intercom.
Firstname	Text	The contact’s first name.
Decimal custom field	Decimal number	A decimal number-type attribute for a custom field you set in Intercom.
Lastname	Text	The contact’s last name.
App ID	Text	The identifier for your Intercom workspace.
Contact ID	Text	The unique identifier for the contact which is given by Intercom.
Contact email	Email	The contact’s email address.
Contact phone	Text	The contact’s phone number.
Contact name	Text	The contact’s name.
Contact has hard bounced	Boolean	Whether the contact has had an email sent to them hard bounce.
Contact marked email as spam	Boolean	Whether the contact has marked an email sent to them as spam.
Contact unsubscribed from emails	Boolean	Whether the contact is unsubscribed from emails.
Contact type	Text	The type of object.
Contact workspace ID	Text	The id of the workspace which the contact belongs to.
Contact external ID	Text	An external ID set for the contact.
Contact role	Text	The role of the contact.
Contact owner ID	Text	The id of an Intercom admin that has been assigned account ownership of the contact.
Contact created at	Time and date	The time when the contact was created.
Contact updated at	Time and date	The time when the contact was updated.
Contact signed up at	Time and date	The time when the contact signed-up.
Contact last seen at	Time and date	The time when the contact was last seen (either where the Intercom Messenger was installed or when specified manually).
Contact last replied at	Time and date	The time when the contact last messaged in.
Contact last contacted at	Time and date	The time when the contact was last messaged.
Contact last email opened at	Time and date	The time when the contact last opened an email.
Contact last email clicked at	Time and date	The time when the contact last clicked a link in an email.
Contact language override	Text	A preferred language setting for the contact, used by Intercom even if their browser settings change.
Contact os	Text	The operating system which the contact is using.
Contact browser	Text	The name of the browser which the contact is using.
Contact browser version	Text	The version of the browser which the contact is using.
Contact browser language	Text	The language set by the browser which the contact is using.
Contact android app name	Text	The name of the Android app which the contact is using.
Contact android app version	Text	The version of the Android app which the contact is using.
Contact android device	Text	The Android device which the contact is using.
Contact android os version	Text	The version of the Android OS which the contact is using.
Contact android sdk version	Text	The version of the Android SDK which the contact is using.
Contact android last seen at	Time and date	The time when the contact was last seen on an Android device.
Contact ios app name	Text	The name of the iOS app which the contact is using.
Contact ios app version	Text	The version of the iOS app which the contact is using.
Contact ios device	Text	The iOS device which the contact is using.
Contact ios os version	Text	The version of iOS which the contact is using.
Contact ios sdk version	Text	The version of the iOS SDK which the contact is using.
Contact ios last seen at	Time and date	The last time the contact used the iOS app.
Contact utm campaign	Text	The `utm_campaign` value a contact originated from.
Contact utm content	Text	The `utm_content` value a contact originated from.
Contact utm medium	Text	The `utm_medium` value a contact originated from.
Contact utm source	Text	The `utm_source` value a contact originated from.
Contact utm term	Text	The `utm_term` value a contact originated from.
Contact referrer	Text	The referral value a contact originated from.
Contact tags	Text list	List of tags that a contact has.
Timezone	Single select	An internal timezone single select value set by Ortto representing the timezone of the Intercom contact.

Conversation created, Conversation updated

The deal activities are generated when a Intercom deal is created or updated. Most of the default attributes within this activity are derived from Intercom, with others managed internally by Ortto or a part of its CDP.

Date & time custom attribute	Time and date	A date/time-type attribute for a custom attribute you set in Intercom.
Conversation ID	Text	The id representing the conversation.
Conversation read	Boolean	Indicates whether a conversation has been read.
Conversation open	Boolean	Indicates whether a conversation is open (true) or closed (false).
Conversation type	Text	This is always `conversation`
Conversation admin assignee ID	Text	The id of the admin assigned to the conversation.
Conversation team assignee ID	Text	The id of the team assigned to the conversation.
Conversation state	Text	Can be set to "open", "closed" or "snoozed".
Conversation priority	Text	Will be `priority` or `not priority`
Conversation title	Text	The title given to the conversation.
Conversation created at	Time and date	The time the conversation was created.
Conversation updated at	Time and date	The time the conversation was updated.
Conversation waiting since	Time and date	The last time a contact responded to an admin.
Conversation snoozed until	Time and date	A set time the conversation is snoozed until.
Conversation tags	Text list	A list of tags objects associated with the conversation.
Conversation source ID	Text	The id representing the message.
Conversation source subject	Text	The message subject.
Conversation source redacted	Boolean	Whether or not the source message has been redacted.
Conversation rating ID	Text	The id for the conversation rating.
Conversation rating subject	Text	The subject for the conversation rating.
Timezone	Single select	An internal timezone single select value set by Ortto representing the timezone of the Intercom conversation.
