Customer data

The Customer data page allows you to configure all aspects of your Ortto customer data platform (CDP), including:

  • Engagement score - to configure the activities and time frames by which Ortto measures customer engagement scores.

  • Fields - to view all people and organizations (including those added from data source integrations), as well as configure new custom fields for people and organizations records.
