Customer data

The Customer data page allows you to configure all aspects of your Ortto customer data platform (CDP), including:

  • Engagement score — to configure the activities and time frames by which Ortto measures customer engagement scores.

  • Scores — to configure a custom score by which Ortto measures contacts based on criteria and a half life period you set.

  • Fields — to view all people and organizations (including those added from data source integrations), as well as configure new custom fields for people and organizations records, and turn on field activity tracking.

  • Unique identifiers — to manage the unique identifiers for people and organization records.

  • Report suppression filter — to create a suppression filter to exclude people who meet the conditions from reports.
