Using Magento 2 in Ortto

This page helps you discover how you can get the most out of your Magento 2 integration with Ortto’s filters, reports, dashboards, campaigns, and coupons.

Filters

The Magento 2 activities and person (contact or customer) fields that are added to your Ortto account can be used anywhere you can create a filter (such as in campaigns, to create an audience, or just to view a segment of people), as well as in reports and dashboards.

Use Magento 2 activities and person fields as filter conditions:

  • To create playbook to nudge customers who have ordered once to order again.

  • To create a journey based on when an abandoned cart activity occurs.

Using an occurs condition gives you a fresh data set, as people enter the journey when they perform the specified activity (as opposed to using has occurred, which qualifies people who have already performed an activity).

  • To create an email or SMS campaign audience, to turn browsers into buyers and send window shoppers a reminder of the products they were most interested in.

  • To view a segment of people on the People page, such as people who asked to be notified when a product is back in stock (a segment from which you can create an audience, send a campaign, export, or archive).
